Hi everyone. I hope your day is well. My name on here is Leah and I finally finished college at an older age. This meant a lot to me to go to college because as a little girl I was labeled mentally retarded and was a marked child at birth by my parents I also was placed in a childrens home and was in the foster care system. To make a long story short I had a long hard life but am a fighter and very strong and there is so much more to my life story! It only made me a better person and I can now relate to almost anyone and can feel others pain. I also was a single parent for many years and without resources to help me. My daughter had problems so I needed to be home with her when she got out of school, So all that held me back from going to school at a younger age. Anyway my friends and I'm hoping I will make some on here. While I was in college the second year I was diagnosed with a disability, I wanted to get into law enforcement but that dream was shattered. I took off college for about a year to think about what I could do, and since my major was criminal justice I decide I could maybe transfer my credits to another major but no one would take my credits the colleges I inquired about all said I have to stay in the same major, so I decided I will pursue my major and trust and believe that someone will hire me and hope for the best because I wanted to get my bachelors degree, so here I’m folks just finished up and will have my graduation ceremony on May2 2008,I also made the deans list! So now I have to worry about my student loans which are about $40,000. I do work with juvenile delinquents and would love to help other people, I was a volunteer Emergency responder and firefighter trainee but found I could no longer keep up. Besides all that I have to spend my time working more to pay my student loans, I find that I can only work a 40 hour work week depending how much sitting I may do, I do try to push myself to work more, but it just bothers my legs too much, I get to sit down at work so that help a lot. My disability is CMT2 which is a peripheral nerve condition. I'm asking you if you could help me pay my student loans it would be a great help to me considering my disability and life history. It would mean so much to me more then you will ever know. I have no parents or relatives to help and no significant other...so I'm doing it all by myself like I have all my life...so if you would like to be my friend or help pay my student loans you can e-mail me here or if you want to remain anonymous you can make a payment by phone also.My student Loan # is 4293347713 the phone number to American Education Services is 1-800-233-0557 I have PHEAA and STAFFORD Loans!
